Food, Fun, Fellowship - All For a Good Cause

The Big Dan Rides Again Memorial Ride and Benefit is an annual event that honors the memory of Dan McRay, and raises money to help those working in or connected to the crane & rigging industry who find themselves in a place of need.  While it began as a small company event at McRay Crane & Rigging to help an employee who had brain cancer, it has grown into an industry-wide charity sponsored and supported by those working in and around the crane and rigging industry.

Help someone TODAY
who's fighting for their TOMORROW!

Chances are, if you have worked in the Crane and Rigging Industry along the Gulf Coast, you know someone, or at least know someone who knows someone we have helped. The crane industry is a tight-knit community and we believe that charity begins at home. When you ride, dine, volunteer, donate, or purchase an item, you are extending a helping hand to someone in your industry and in your community. So join us, invite a friend, spread the word and help us help those in need.

Can't Attend But Want to Help?

Even if you can't attend, you can help by donating what you can. For financial donations, we accept cash, checks and credit cards, or you can visit our GoFundMe page,

Small Choices Make BIG a Difference
